This single-story adobe-style ranch was a classic piece of mid-century architecture ready for a new chapter. Our goal was to honor its iconic desert charm while elevating it with a modern sense of luxury, comfort, and an indoor-outdoor living experience.

The interior was completely revitalized. We began by opening up the kitchen, creating a more spacious and light-filled hub that now flows seamlessly into the main living areas. New, continuous tile flooring was laid throughout the home, establishing a cohesive and cool aesthetic perfect for the desert climate. The bathrooms were completely redesigned into sleek, modern sanctuaries with clean lines and premium fixtures.

On the exterior, we meticulously restored the home’s original character. A new Spanish tile roof and fresh stucco revitalized the façade, while the entire backyard was transformed into a private, resort-style desert oasis. With a new pool, lush landscaping, and distinct living areas, the outdoor space now offers the ultimate retreat for relaxation and entertainment under the Palm Springs sun.
