Project Scope: Full-scale Luxury Remodel, Interior Design, Construction Oversight

Located in the serene hills of Woodland Hills, this project was a complete transformation of an existing home. Our mission was to strip the structure down to its studs and rebuild it with a new sense of purpose, infusing it with character and warmth that was absent in its original design.

We began by gutting the entire interior, creating a clean canvas for a custom vision. The layout was reimagined to promote an open, free-flowing environment, while a meticulously curated design plan was put in place to add back layers of detail and charm. The centerpiece of this renovation is the stunning new wood-beamed ceilings, which not only add a rich architectural texture but also a warm, rustic elegance that grounds the entire home.

Every detail, from the bespoke millwork to the selection of premium materials, was chosen to create a home that feels both brand-new and full of established character. The result is a seamless blend of modern luxury and timeless appeal, perfectly suited to its tranquil Woodland Hills setting.
